We use DPD to deliver the majority of our packages. Deliveries will be made the following working day from the dispatch notification email. This service also includes a text or e-mail from DPD letting you know your expected hour of delivery. You can also reply to these messages to do things like
- Change the day of delivery
- Deliver to a neighbour
- Instruct a safe place to leave the package
- Collect from the depot
- Collect from drop off shop
Carriage charges for the UK are set at a flat rate of £6.50 plus £1.00 for each additional item. However, if your order exceeds £99 then your order will be delivery to you absolutely FREE!!

Orders to these destinations may be sent via Collect Plus and will take 2-3 days.

EU orders will also be dispatched with Parceforce (GLS) and will take 2 - 5 working days from date of dispatch. EU shipping charges are set at a flat rate of £20^. Customers should select the appropriate zone when completing check-out.

USA & Canada
These orders will be dispatched with OCS (USPS) on a 4 - 10 working day tracked and insured service. Prices start from £25 increasing by £10 per cover added to your order.
It is important to note that customs may apply additional duty or tax to your shipment, these charges will be applied to the receiver of the parcel. As these charges are applied at point of entry to the country we cannot include these charges in our prices but we have set our website to remove UK tax charges at the checkout.
Please note – All items are insured against loss or damage up to the point of signature by you. We therefore urge customers to check packages for damage before signing. If a package does appear to be damaged please write ‘damaged’ or ‘unchecked’ after your signature.
