UK Deliveries

We use APC Overnight to deliver the majority of our packages. Deliveries will be made the following working day from the dispatch notification email. This service also includes a text or e-mail from APC letting you know your expected 2 hour delivery slot.

Carriage charges for the UK are set at a flat rate of £6.50 plus £1.00 for each additional item. However, if your order exceeds £150 then your order will be delivered to you absolutely FREE!!

Orders to these destinations may be sent via Yodel / CollectPlus and will take 2-5 days.

*UK deliveries may be left with a neighbour or in a safe place by the courier unless instructed otherwise.

EU & International Shipping

Due to Brexit, we have updated our shipping rates to the EU. As a guide, please use the table below - exact delivery charges will be specified at the checkout. The prices on our website include UK VAT - This will be removed at the checkout when ordering.

We use DPD or Parcelforce to process our shipments. Shipments to the EU will be sent on DDU (delivery duty unpaid) service. This means local tax charges will be applied on entry to the country, it is the recipients responsibily to pay these charges.

It is important to note that customs may apply additional duty or taxes to your shipment, these charges will be applied to the receiver of the parcel. As these charges are applied at point of entry to the country we cannot include these charges in our prices but we have set our website to remove UK tax charges at the checkout.

Damaged Packages

Please note – All items are insured against loss or damage up to the point of signature by you. We therefore urge customers to check packages for damage before signing. If a package does appear to be damaged please write ‘damaged’ or ‘unchecked’ after your signature.
